Todaykokton, 2023 February 27: Today, TSF, aka Twipra Student Federation, submitted a memorandum to the Tribal Welfare Department for re-opening the NSP Portal for ST students. Many students have not applied for scholarships, and by re-opening the portal, they are able to do so.
