Ingredients for Jaljeera Masala

Heat a pan and add cumin, black pepper, clove, and pomegranate and fry on low flame for 2-3 minutes. After the aroma comes, take it out on a plate and cool it a bit. Grind this mixture finely. Keep the ground powder in an air-tight container. Whenever you want to drink Jaljeera, put 2 tbsp of Jaljeera powder in a glass and squeeze half a lemon into it. Now add water, ice, and boondi on top and serve.



Ingredients for making Cucumber Mint Water Cumin
To make this, you take a cucumber, a handful of mint, lemon, ice cubes, and a handful of boondi.

Put cucumber with water and cumin powder in a blender. Now add mint leaves, lemon juice, and water to it. Make a paste by grinding it finely. To serve, add ice to the glass. Add cucumber, mint, and jaljeera puree to it. Add water as required and serve.
