On Instagram, dietitian Azra Khan explained in a video that people need to develop healthy habits to maintain their ideal weight, which includes eating clean most of the time and exercising every day.

"Weight loss is important, however not gaining the misplaced weight is more important. That is why constantly make positive the stuff you do to lose weight are realistic and sustainable," Khan said.
