For this, state-of-the-art smart detection technology has been used at this airport. This indigenously developed surveillance service based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be able to trace suspicious passengers easily.
Desk of Goodness service has also been started, which aims at providing services to senior citizens and women traveling with children and passengers requiring wheel chair. With this system, unusual behavior such as falling or running away of passengers can be detected easily and quickly. The service is equipped with a smart tablet, operated by Goodness Champions. The service is provided whenever the passengers need help.
There are surveillance cameras with Artificial Intelligence based (AI) based systems, which alert the passengers as soon as they notice any discrepancy in their behaviour. Goodness champions reach the passenger as soon as they get the alert on the smart tab. For this event, the team has been trained to reach in less than 45 seconds.

According to Jeet Adani, Director, Adani Airport Holdings, infrastructure and services are being improved at this airport to provide better facilities to the passengers.
